The window ticket is part of the sale in the narrow sense that we keep the queue current. It is not a warranty.
Texts are optional and never a condition of any purchase.
No disease claims. The goods are dietary supplements.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website beyondmedix.com and all products offered by MEDIX HEALTH LLC (EIN 26-4226602), operating under the brand name MEDIX HEALTH LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of this agreement

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the whole of the agreement covering your use of this website and anything you buy through it. They take effect the moment you use the site, place an order or opt in to messages, and they replace anything said elsewhere.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services, make a purchase, or subscribe to our marketing communications. By using our website, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

3. Supplement status and limits

Window Line is sold as a dietary supplement and nothing more. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, it is no substitute for prescribed treatment, and it should never delay proper medical care. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Outcomes vary from person to person. Raise it with a qualified healthcare professional before starting.

4. SMS Communications and TCPA Compliance

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the opt-in box, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from MEDIX HEALTH LLC at the phone number provided, in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies based on promotions and account activity.

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. The guarantee

90 days from delivery to change your mind, opened or unopened, with no restocking charge and no explanation required. Contact ticket@beyondmedix.com to open it. Refunds return to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of the goods getting back to us.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of MEDIX HEALTH LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. What we are and are not answerable for

MEDIX HEALTH LLC stands behind the products it sells and will put right what it gets wrong, up to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Beyond that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

8. Which law applies

Florida law governs this agreement, conflict-of-law rules aside, and the courts of Florida are where any dispute is heard. This does not take away rights you hold under the law of your own state; where the two differ, whichever is better for you applies.

9. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The window, price, and a withdrawn lot

MEDIX HEALTH LLC publishes the queue number, the window letter, what was asked and what was handed over, and updates that ticket the day the queue changes.
The price that applies is the one named when the order is confirmed. A later change does not reopen a confirmed order.
A lot that fails release is not shipped. If a shipped lot is withdrawn, we write to the customers on the order record and refund without waiting for the bottle.
