Orders need a name, an email, a delivery address and a payment. A mobile number is taken only if you ask for a ticket.
Personal information is not sold.
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Texts are marketing only, and only to people who took a ticket. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to return the ticket, or use the return form. Reply HELP for the window.

Personal information given to beyondmedix.com is handled by MEDIX HEALTH LLC (EIN 26-4226602), which trades as MEDIX HEALTH LLC. This policy records what is collected, what it is used for, the limited circumstances in which it is disclosed, and how you can see, correct or delete it.

1. The data we hold

We collect only what an order or a request actually requires.

Contact and order details: name, email, shipping and billing address, plus a mobile number if, and only if, you opt in to texts.
Site usage: IP address, browser type, pages visited and timestamps, via cookies and similar technologies.
Device information: device identifiers and mobile network information.

2. SMS Communications

When you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from MEDIX HEALTH LLC. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with any third party, and are excluded from all other categories of data sharing described in this policy.

3. Why we hold it

Fulfilling orders and providing the communications you requested.
Issuing order confirmations, despatch notices and delivery updates.
Sending offers and announcements where consent has been given.
Improving the website and the experience of using it.
Responding to enquiries and complying with the law.

4. Cookies

Cookies and comparable technologies are used here to keep the site working and to see, in aggregate, how it is used. Your browser settings control them, and blocking them does not stop you from reading anything or placing an order.

5. Sharing with others

Personal information is never sold. It reaches our payment, shipping, SMS and analytics providers only to the extent they need it to do their part, and it is disclosed beyond that only where the law requires or where the business is transferred. SMS opt-in data stays outside all of it, as stated above.

6. What you can ask for

You can ask to see what is held on you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted, and California residents additionally have the statutory right to opt out of its sale, which we do not engage in. There is no penalty for asking. Requests go to ticket@beyondmedix.com.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

8. Anyone under 18

Nothing here is aimed at people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect anything about them. If you believe a minor's information has reached us, tell us and it will be deleted.

9. Revisions to this policy

Amendments are published on this page and carry a revised date. There is no other version in circulation, and the one here is always current.
